Sales and Marketing Executive

Job description / Role

We are seeking a dynamic Service Sales and Marketing Representative who will be responsible for interacting with potential clients, identifying their needs, promoting services or products, and actively seeking out new sales opportunities. The ideal candidates must have experience in the maritime industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with potential clients to understand their needs and promote services or products effectively.
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities within the maritime industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Create proposals and presentations to pitch services or products to clients.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients to close deals.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote services or products effectively.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and achievements to management.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in sales and marketing.

Salary:
AED 5,000 to 7,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of sales experience in the maritime industry.
• Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with maritime industry regulations and practices is preferred.
