We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in growing our client base and enhancing our brand visibility. As the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading the customer acquisition and relationship management efforts, driving strategic sales planning, market analysis, lead generation, team management, and partnerships to enhance our growth and brand reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Managing client portfolios and advise them on the most appropriate VAT and financial services & and solutions.
• Contributing to an increase in sales and maintain company-client relationships at a high standard.
• Managing key accounts and act as the point of contact for clients.
• Providing excellent customer service thereby increasing the satisfaction and quality of experience.
• Displaying a high level of knowledge in UAE tax, accounting, and compliance to establish credibility with customers and showcase the quality of CZ T&A's offerings, including both packages and processes.
• Represent the business professionally in both client and networking situations.
• Developing partnerships and affiliations, within & and outside the group, to contribute towards CZ T&A’s growth.
• Managing the sales team, motivating them for improved performance.
• Working on Sales budget, team targets and individual targets
• Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our tax and accounting services.
• Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including digital marketing, networking, and partnerships.
• Building and nurturing client relationships to drive business growth and repeat business.
• Identify sales opportunities and provide marketing support for lead conversion.
• Monitoring and analyzing market trends and competitors to stay ahead in the industry.
• Measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
Requirements:
• A university graduate in Finance and Accounting or Management is preferred.
• Previous experience in the UAE in VAT & Financial services sales in a similar role.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the tax and accounting or financial services industry or similar.
• Good knowledge of VAT, Bookkeeping and Compliance matters and experience in accounting or other related financial services and products is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, social media, and email marketing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in marketing tools and software.
• Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets.
