Job description / Role
Reporting to the Shop Supervisor/Shop Manager, the Sales Executive is responsible for delivering an outstanding customer service to all customers and using appropriate sales techniques and product knowledge to reach the sales targets. In addition, the Sales Executive is responsible for stock replenishment, promotion of products, new launches and cash handling.
Requirements
1. High school or secondary level
2. 1 – 3 years of Sales and Customer Service
3. Ability to build and maintain internal and external customer satisfaction with the products and services offered
4. Ability to use computer software and applications
5. Fluent in English and Arabic is a must
