Daily
- Booking/s for the day – to the Management and the whole Sales & Marketing Team, Technical Director, Accounts, Finance Director

Weekly
- Prospects – to the Sales Director & CEO
- Prospects cleaning – for Sales Team’s updating
- Sales Monitoring – to the Sales Team
- Received Bookings Summary – Managing Director, Sales Team, Finance
- Expected Bookings Summary – Managing Director, Sales Team, Finance
- Weekly News & Activities – Managing Director, Sales Team
- Sales Landing – Sales Director, Associate Sales Director, Head of Street Furniture
- Quarterly Award Monitoring – Sales Team
Bi-Weekly
- Pending Contracts/Bookings in Odex – Sales Team, Accounts

Monthly
- Odex Activities Monitoring – to the Managing Director
- Weekly Activities Summary – Managing Director
- AVR Monitoring – Sales Director, Associate Sales Director, Head of Street Furniture
- Inventory Report – to Finance
- Expired Locations List – Sales Team

Quarterly
- Quarterly Sales Update for Commission Computation – Finance
- Quarterly Awards – Final Result to Finance
- Discount Report – to Dubai Airports

- Adhoc reports preparation as requested by CS or Sales Management
- Taking of minutes of the Management meetings as required
- Booking & contract processing – includes liaising with Finance & Legal and sometimes client
- Updating of client database for contract deliveries
- Preparation of monthly expense report of the Managing Director and the Sales Director
- Collection of the team’s expense reports to route for signature and submission to Finance
- Arranging of bookings for some team-related events (such as TFWA, International Road Show, local conferences, etc.) – includes travel Visa assistance if necessary
- Maintain calendar entries for the Managing Director and Sales Director when requested

Requirements

- Good communication skills
- Focused and attentive to details
- Computer literate
- Good skills in Excel
- Good level in written English
- 2 to 5 years in similar position
