Job description / Role
The ideal candidate will be a passionate and enthusiastic individual who wants to assist in leading a team to be successful. A keen interest in fashion and trends is preferred and you should be able to recommend our products to our Customers. You should be able to communicate with Colleagues, Managers and Customers alike. An excellent command of the English language is essential.
You should be well groomed and have excellent Customer Service skills
You should be able to show your experience in achieving excellent standards of customer service in the department by assisting the sales team, and leading by example on the shop floor.
Ideally you will have a background in team leading.
A Customer service background is essential and you should be able to give examples of when you have dealt with Customer complaints effectively.
An understanding of Visual merchandising would be beneficial.
You should have experience in managing stockloss and reducing shrinkage in store and be able to give examples of when you have done this in previous positions
Requirements

Must be computer proficient with Microsoft office skills
