Sales Associate

Job description / Role

We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Fragrance Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in fragrance products, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in selecting fragrance products based on their preferences and needs.
• Provide product demonstrations and educate customers about the features and benefits of various fragrances.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Assist with inventory management tasks such as restocking shelves and conducting stock checks.
• Keep the fragrance department clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
• Stay informed about new fragrance launches, promotions, and special events.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of retail sales experience, preferably in the fragrance industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to meet customer needs.
• Knowledge of fragrance products and industry trends is a plus.
• Proficiency in using POS systems and basic computer skills.
• Fluent in Arabic is preferred.
