Employment: Full Time

The Sales and Business Development Manager is responsible for securing revenue though strong client relationship in UAE as well as within Pico's existing portfolio of clients and targeting new and prospect clients. The role is expected to have a focus on bringing in business and hunting new opportunities, ensuring an excellent client experience at all times, working in collaboration and overseeing the account teams to ensure smooth transition of leads into the business.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Achieve yearly sales targets set by company
• Have strong relationships in the region with government and corporate companies
• Build and Implement short and long term sales plans
• Manage and supervise BD team’s target and ensure annual target are met
• Build Business and Sales plan to identify new business and opportunities
• Understanding of Marketing - ATL, BTL, TTL services
• Strong experience in the Events industry
• Prepare monthly action plan
• Managing and maintaining a healthy pipeline and quarterly results
• Implement sales plans with sales team
• Overseeing sales team achievement of set target
• Building long term relationships with client and close jobs
• Identifying potential business opportunities from existing and new clients
• Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 year + of experience in the Events industry
• Arabic speaker is a must
• Target oriented – focused on achieving results
• Team player
• Capable of leading and providing direction
• Motivated and eager to grow
• Experiential marketing and engagement experience
• Marketing and strong Sales background
• Extensive client network and database
• Capable of managing time effectively
