Job description / Role
• Target HNI's/UHNI's by cold calling and pitch the residency by investment product of the company
• Learn and maintain knowledge of services, procedures, and industry trends
• Conduct one on one meetings with customers
• Regular follow ups with qualified leads through phone, email and meetings
• Attend meetings, trade exhibitions, industry events, demos and educational workshops with senior team members to learn sales techniques
• Assist and maintain existing relationships with customers by providing support, information, and guidance
• Meet KPI's and sales targets asset by management
• University degree (in any discipline)
• Candidate must be based in Dubai, with a valid residency or student visa
• Relevant Experience in selling Real Estate/Investment products to HNI's/UHNI's.
• Basic knowledge of Real Estate laws, Residency by investment products
• Ability to establish network with key people in the Real Estate industry
• Focused on results, entrepreneurial drive
• Exceptional negotiator with ability to close deals
• Be an excellent communicator with flawless spoken & written in English. Arabic is a plus.
• High level of confidence in own abilities, resilience, and ability to cope with rejection
• Driving License preferable
