Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

SALES SUPPORT

• Source materials, supplies, fixtures and auxiliaries as required by the project team.
• Obtain competitive prices from suppliers and prepare comparisons.
• Negotiate prices and payment terms with suppliers in order to ensure best ROI.
• Issue purchase order and ensure efficient deliveries of the ordered material.
• Keep track and maintain record of all purchases. Follow up proactively where required.
• Build and maintain materials, suppliers, and price database for reference. Provide pricing information for business proposals.
• Coordinate with suppliers, sales and project execution teams to ensure that business is delivered on or before time, within the budget and according to specifications.

SALES

• Identify and pursue new business and make sales calls and actively follow up to secure sales.
• Secure RFPs and prepare proposals including pricing.
• Be a contact person for client and coordinate entire project through its final delivery.
• Ensure that assigned projects are delivered on or before time, within budget and according to clients’ specifications and expectations.
• Provide unique customer services experience to clients to enhance customer loyalty and ensure repeat business.
• Prepare project status reports on weekly basis and take lead to initiate actions to expedite the projects where required.

Requirements

• Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience of interior fit-out projects execution or sales including proposal preparation and material procurement.
• Thorough knowledge of construction and fit-out materials such as marble, ceramic, tiles, fixtures, sanitary, furniture & cabinets, etc.
• Ability to communicate with clients and attend business meetings.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Proactive and outgoing personality with planning and organizing skills.
• High level of business integrity.
• Flexibility in order to adapt to varying and changing demands.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to inform, educate, consult and influence team as well as clients to support project’ interests.

SALARY
AED 10,000 - AED 12,000 (All Inclusive)
