We are looking for a motivated Sales Coordinator to join the support function of our Sales & Marketing Department. This position will best suit someone who is looking to kick start their Hospitality career. As a Sales Coordinator, you will assist our Clients in booking Hotel meeting and event spaces, supporting the efforts of the team within the Sales & Marketing Department, as well as providing administrative and support services directly to the Director of Sales & Marketing. The Sales Coordinator also works with various other Hotel departments, as well as with outside vendors, to ensure that events and meetings run smoothly.

Other tasks include;

- Answering questions about the Hotel's event options over the phone, in person or via email
- Giving potential customers tours of the Hotel and its facilities
- Presenting information about service options, including renting sound equipment podiums, tables, chairs and linens
- Event planning assistance
- Referrals to outside vendors
- Handling contracts
- Liaising between third-party service providers and other Hotel departments
- Other tasks assigned by the Director of Sales & Marketing

- Level of Education Bachelor / Licence Areas of study Hospitality Professional experiences 1 to 2 years Languages essential English Optional languages French
