Sales Coordinator - LPG
Roles & Responsibilities
a) Provide a wide variety of administrative assistance to maintenance technician and LPG KAM.
b) Collection of customer documents required and prepare the customer account form till the account is created in the system.
c) Contract Preparation (LPG Cylinder & Bulk), reviewing & getting it signed off from the Customer and the Emarat management.
d) Monthly update of the LPG Meter Readings in the system for the Meter Reading Customers to enable generation of the monthly invoices.
e) Periodic update of the monthly Bulk LPG prices in the system.
f) Preparation of the Price circulation to the customer monthly basis and sending to the customers on a monthly basis.
g) Other administrative works as and when required for LPG (Bulk +Cylinder)
h) Customer outstanding Payment follow up for both Cylinder and Bulk on a regular basis & Payment Collection.
i) LPG Inventory management support for Cylinders in coordination with the operations.
j) Liaising with Cylinder and Bulk LPG Distributors & Customers for their daily routine tasks.
k) Routine and daily management of the Retail customer account in Navision
I) Updating the Sales Report on a daily & monthly basis for both Cylinder and Bulk. m) Send the sales report to Emirates Gas for Cylinders.
n) Sending the vehicle sales summary daily basis to the selected distributors.
o) 'Emarat LPG Services' App to be updated on a regular basis. (Customer Registration Verification, Control Panel, & Navision updating).
p) Invoice verification (LPG +Fuel) Price check and confirm the same to finance.

a) Graduate in any discipline
b) Efficient Communication skills
c) Ability to commute/relocate

Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
