Position Title: Sales Coordinator

Salary: up to 6K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A packaging company that provides end to end solutions in FMCG & pharmaceutical industry.

Job Description:
• Help the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring all Sales Representatives have high-quality, up-to-date support material.
• Handle urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable
• Answer customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling marketing events.
• Handle orders by phone, email, or mail and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers.
• Input orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensure all orders are accurate and delivered on time.

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Open to Asian nationals
• 35 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Sales and Marketing or its equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in the same role
• Must have an experience in Food / consumer goods / cosmetic packaging
• Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
