Position Summary: The ideal energetic customer-focused Sales Coordinator candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the sales and administrative functions, ensuring seamless coordination between our valued customers and the internal administrative team.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support:
• Act as the secondary liaison between Dragon Racing and our customers.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via various channels, including WhatsApp, email, phone calls, and in-person meetings.
• Provide the sales team and customers with information, assistance, and support, cultivating positive relationships and enhancing their overall experience.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their individual preferences and needs.
• Proactively anticipate and address customer concerns, ensuring a seamless experience, pre and post-event activity.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries, coordinating with the sales team to drive the sales process forward.
• Collect and analyse customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.

Product Knowledge and Expertise:
• Develop an in-depth understanding of Dragon Racing’s services, offerings, and racing packages, staying updated with the latest trends and industry knowledge.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of Dragon Racing’s racewear and apparel offerings, including brands, features, and technical specifications.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of Dragon Racing’s road car service offerings, and packages.

Administrative Tasks:
• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records.
• Maintain and improve the company CRM customer database.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation as needed.
• Stocktaking of retail products and team clothing as appropriate.

Order Processing:
• Manage allocated product end-to-end order processing, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of products or services.
• Monitor and manage racewear and apparel inventory levels, ensuring products are readily available for purchase.
• Coordinate with internal departments to fulfil customer orders efficiently.

Customised Service Delivery:
• Actively engage with customers to understand their specific needs and preferences in racewear and apparel, providing expert advice and recommendations.
• Assistance with registration and payment for Dragon Test Days.

Event Coordination and Support:
• Collaborate with the events team to coordinate sales during racing and promotional events.
• Ensure the availability of promotional materials and manage on-site sales support.

Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Monitor and analyse customer data to identify trends, preferences, and areas for improvement.
• Generate regular reports on customer satisfaction, retention rates, and additional revenue generated


• Proven experience in a similar sales support role, preferably in the automotive or motorsport industry, or luxury sector.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
• Qualifications or extensive experience in business administration, marketing, or a related field
