Middle East EPC Sales Development Manager

OBJECTIVE:
- Develop and drive Ashcroft growth opportunity among EPC customer and key regional accounts in the Middle East region.
- Develop Ashcroft Approved Vendor List (AVL) exposure rate among new EPC projects by establishing stronger customer relationships.
- Provide timely and accurate market intelligence to Ashcroft global sales organization to increase project wins and improve MRO volume in the entire Middle East area

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible to grow Ashcroft Sales and Market Share by effective selling to EPC's and Major Accounts within assigned Region.
- Develop and implement an effective / measurable strategy for sales growth with all target EPC's and named Major Accounts within assigned Region.
- Works with key EPC's to get Ashcroft products into specifications and Ashcroft named on AVL.
- Works with key Major Accounts to identify key decision makers and develop sales opportunities.
- Works with Ashcroft regional sales and MGS teams to maximize and close sales opportunities with care to minimize channel conflicts.
- Works with Global Sales Team counterparts on opportunities where influence resides within assigned Region, provide and share timely/regular project/key account status updates and propose engagement strategies/action plans, developing plan necessary to maximize and close cross continent sales opportunities (applies to EPC and Major Accounts).
- Works with Product Management and Global MGS groups to determine best product offering based on Project needs.
- Provides accurate, thorough, and timely reporting on sales opportunities with EPC's / Major Accounts within assigned Region.

Requirements

- BS Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Marketing or equivalent education and experience.
- 7 or more years’ experience in field sales/new business development and proven success in developing and managing EPC accounts/project sales in the ME region
- A full understanding of Process markets and Process equipment OEM industries.
- Close knowledge of instruments products, application, market requirements and a thorough knowledge of all market segments.
- Expertise in interpreting and writing specifications and in negotiating and closing orders.
- Excellent English communication skills
- Extensive travel required: 60-70%+
