Sales Director

A rapidly expanding high-quality food supplier company is on the lookout for a passionate candidate to be largely involved in their fast-paced operations as Sales Director.

Job Roles:
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales within the assigned business unit
• Ensure that all sales targets are achieved and accurate forecasting is made
• Work with the Marketing Team to ensure that all sales and marketing strategies are aligned
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers
• Identifying new markets and business opportunities and visit potential customers for new business.
• Able to travel to Trade Shows
• Lead and develop Sales Team
• Develop new business

Requirements

• At least 7 years of sales experience
• Has proven track for managing UAE food industry.
• Excellent team and people management skills at a board level
• Outstanding analytical and forecasting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, self-starter, and possesses strong commercial insight.
