Sales Director - East Africa
Charterhouse is working with a market leading agricultural products organisation, who specialises in pesticides, feed additives and insecticides and more who are looking to hire a Sales Director to oversee and develop their presence in East Africa. You will be based in Dubai with extensive travel and report directly to the Global Managing Director.
Your main responsibilities will be to both develop and manage the existing customers across East Africa whilst also targeting new customers and expanding the business. You will oversee the full sales function and be responsible for budgeting, strategy, forecasting and all financials. You will work closely with the management team to develop the business strategy and have full implementation control.
The successful candidate should have extensive experience in East Africa within agricultural product sales or similar. You must currently work in a Senior or Director level sales position. Due to the scope of the role male candidates will be preferred. This role requires extensive and regular travel. Candidates with procurement experience would be an added skill.
