Employment: Full Time

Guildhall are working with a Boutique Luxury Real Estate company in Dubai, who are specializing in the high-end, luxury property market of Dubai.
They are looking to bring on board a Sales Director who will be responsible for crafting and executing strategic sales plans, fostering strong relationships with affluent clients and developers, and achieving sales targets in the luxury property market.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Market Penetration:
- Develop tailored sales strategies to position the boutique firm as a leader in Dubai's luxury real estate market.
- Conduct market research to optimize sales approaches and identify potential business opportunities.

Team Leadership and Training:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve ambitious sales goals within the luxury segment.
- Recruit top-tier sales professionals, provide specialized training, and set clear performance expectations.

Client and Developer Relations:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, real estate developers, and industry contacts.
- Act as the main point of contact for key clients, ensuring exceptional service and addressing their unique needs.

Business Development and Partnerships:
- Identify and nurture partnerships with luxury brands, private banks, and stakeholders to enhance the company's reputation and market reach.
- Represent the company at industry events to expand the business network and promote brand visibility.

Sales Operations and Performance Optimization:
- Analyse sales data to optimize strategies, identify areas for improvement, and enhance overall sales effectiveness.
- Implement advanced sales processes and methodologies to ensure seamless client experiences.

Budgeting and Financial Management:
- Develop and manage a budget tailored to the luxury market, ensuring prudent resource allocation and cost control.
- Monitor financial performance against budget, adjusting strategies to maximize profitability and revenue.


Qualifications and Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Extensive experience of 10+ years in luxury real estate sales, preferably in Dubai's high-end property market.
- Strong contacts and relationships with developers in the UAE.
- Deep understanding of the luxury real estate sector, clientele, and market dynamics.
- Outstanding leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and executing sales strategies in the luxury real estate market.
