Employment: Full Time

You will be responsible for the development of new business prospects within the UAE from previously untapped (new relationship) opportunities by identifying prospects’ marketing, communications and business issues and matching them with the agencies capabilities and vision. You will also support organic (none secured) growth prospects with Client Services.

You will develop strategies and tactics for pursuing selected prospects. Direct and participate in presentations, negotiations, and sales closings. Mentor and manage a team that generates new sales leads, builds new relationships and converts prospects into clients.

You should be results orientated, energetic and entrepreneurial, possess advanced leadership, communication, project-management and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Manage, develop, motivate and inspire the Sales department, be involved in appointing resources and set a clear strategy to reach prospects via sales calls, appointment booking, face to face meetings, and entrepreneurial solutions to ensure that personal and departmental KPI’s are met.
• With the Executive Director, set out the Sales strategy to increase profile, market share and product offering through sales, marketing and PR activities. Manage marketing collateral development for the company including social media. Support Client Services with action plans for account development. You should understand the company vision and live and breathe the company values.
• Create, develop and sustain the Sales Team process and ensure that it maximizes sales, nurtures new business relationships and markets the company’s brand in line with the company’s vision. Manage and own Salesforce within the business, ensuring it is utilized and all information is logged. You will also look at strategies to increase sales conversion rates.
• Provide day to day leadership to the Sales Team and give direction to the team to ensure you deliver the business plan on forecasted new business revenue for the year. Ensuring at all times, there is a healthy sales pipeline of qualified business opportunities in line with the company’s vision. You will also manage the collation of prospect meeting research / info and assist with NDA / RFP data collation process.
• Provide accurate sales pipeline, conversion ratio reports and any additional data requested to the Senior Management Team on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis. Ensure personal and team timesheets are completed accurately and on time.
• To drive sales through excellent customer service and ensure that client expectations are met daily. Be an ambassador for the Brand by sharing our work positively to increase the awareness of , what we do and how we can support in the delivery of the clients marketing objectives. You will also manage the overall quality of data input into Salesforce.
• To monitor and report back to the Senior Management Team on competitor activity on a regular basis, identifying market share and industry trends.
• To mentor the Sales Team, ensuring that they are progressively exposed to new creative thinking, ideas and applications that will unlock their potential, helping to achieve their personal development, career goals and succession plan.
• Support the business in any other duties as deemed relevant by the Executive Director.
• Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations both within the office and on-site environments.
