Sales Engineer / Executive

Job description / Role

Sales Engineer/Executive will be responsible for sales of the various products distributed by the company. Topnet currently has various products in the areas of: structured cabling, data center, fiber optics, networking, wireless, security, audio video, and industrial IoT.

The SE will work through channel partners in UAE. The SE will identify project business and also work on run rate opportunities. He/she will have to travel extensively within UAE to visit customers.

The job involves achieving the sales revenue and profit target, coordinating with vendors on opportunities and sales forecast, maintaining relationship with vendors and customers.

Requirements

The right candidate will have at least 3 years of selling experience any of the areas of: structured cabling, data center, networking/wireless, security & audio video. UAE experience and driving licence will be preferred. Degree level education, preferably engineering is a minimum requirement. Specialised training in networking and selling skills will be an added advantage.

Excellent communication skills and presentation skills are must.

The person must have an entrepreneurial spirit and ready to work on a package which will
have a high portion of it as variable, which will be linked to achieving the sales revenue and profit target.
