Job description / Role
• Services existing accounts and establishes new accounts who can benefit from our Rental Product offering by planning organizing daily work schedule to call on existing and potential customers
• Builds customer rapport with key decision makers and others who understand their Rental needs
• Maintain, manage and deliver agreed set revenue/profit targets
• Deliver weekly Sales Call plan to line manager
• Develop, maintain and manage agreed Territory Sales Plan (TSP)
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM) utilising companies current CRM tool capturing all customer activities
• Analysing and reporting direct and indirect competitor activities in the market
• Maintain, manage and deliver all set KPI objectives
• Maintain, manage and deliver on Debtor day targets
Requirements
• Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years’ experience preferably from a Rental environment
• Would ideally suit self-motivated results driven individual
• Experience of working within a multinational workforce
• Excellent communication/ negotiation skills at all levels
• Well organised, able to work in a business that provides a 24/7 service
• Excellent time management skills essential
• English (fluent written and verbal) – Mandatory
• Participate in weekly sales meeting. Delivering market sector intelligence that could have positive/negative impact on our ability to deliver agreed set target
