Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

SALARY IS 8K + COMMISSION ITS 6 DAYS A WEEK LOCATED IN DIP MUST DRIVE AND HAVE CAR

DEPARTMENT: SALES
HIERARCHY: MIDDLE LEVEL
REPORTING TO: SALES DIRECTOR

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for securing new customers, and maintaining and developing existing accounts.
- Meet and exceed target set in terms of contributing and generating revenue for the company.
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses
- Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential clients
- Regularly visit existing accounts validating our service levels and develop new revenue streams
- Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature
- Follow up on customer communications in a timely and professional manner
- Support Customer Service and work closely with other departments and Documentation on the execution of client servicing
- Assimilate market information and take part in the overall business development through weekly / monthly sales meetings
- Sending quotations and follow up on the purchase order. Obtaining client feedback and sharing the same with directors report.
- Follow up with clients for outstanding supported by the Accounts.
- Attending team meetings and sharing best practice with colleagues

Requirements

COMPETENCIES:
- Graduate with 3-4 years experience in similar industry
- Excellent Communication & Organizational Skills
- Customer oriented and should be able to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work under pressure and multi tasking
- Experience from similar industry

ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Meet and exceed revenue targets set per Segment/ Product.
- Create and develop new revenue on existing accounts.
- Maintain customers profile report and follow up on leads.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
Basic hours with occasional need for a variety of duty
