Job description / Role
A global home appliance manufacturer are currently looking for a Sales Executive to join their growing team here in the United Arab Emirates (Dubai). You will be responsible for:
• Executing Gulf countries distribution relations and export transactions process,
• Conducting sales strategies and action plans in order to reach sales targets in the assigned area.
• Analyzing market and country conditions, product needs and developing product line up for relevant markets,
• Creating price maps and positioning brands and products accordingly,
• Following up the price of the goods and ensuring coordination between the customer and the finance department,
• Following developments in the market and giving feedbacks,
• Maintaining the security risk balance of the current clients and taking relevant measures when necessary,
• Preparing and presenting monthly sales reports.
• Determining short and long term (1 year to 5 years) sales plans in line with the company’s vision and mission.
• Collecting sales forecasts on time by consedering product groups hot seasons,upcoming important events & dates and other relavent indicators.
• Managing existing distributors & channels and having the updated know-how of main competitors and candidates in the responsibility area.
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• No restriction for traveling and staying for a long/short time abroad,
• Thinking broadly about business
• Understanding needs of the customer,
• Having desire to do outstanding jobs,
• Recognizing and understanding emotions of other people,
• Listening different perspectives and showing flexibility,
• Building collaboration,
• Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas,
• Using required office programmes in advance level
