Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Prospect new potential clients and maintain existing customers relationship within the Facilities management industry.
• Proven Sales Experience within Facility Management industry in UAE
• Evaluate market trends and Prepare competitive Analysis; identify trends that effect current and future growth of sales and profitability.
• Responsible for meeting Monthly and Annual Sales Target.
• Execute sales and marketing strategies.
• Preparing tenders and good knowledge of FM technical specifications.
• Conduct market research and come up with action plan to increase sales revenue.
• Drive the sales process from inquiry/RFP coordination through “Closing the Deal”
• Lead the development and preparation of RFP’s, Pre-Qualification, formal presentations
• Ensure all communication with customers are in accordance with our standards and correct in content and format
• Negotiate potential contract adaptations or extensions when needed
• Adapt to new tendencies and encash opportunities in the market
• Liaise internally with other departments such as Commercial, Operation, Finance, Human Resources
• Act as a resource person for management with respect to sales and marketing issues
• Perform tasks assigned the Line manager.
• Prepare monthly status report / sales reports etc. as desired by Line manager.
• Assess the targeted quality of business coming in; refocusing efforts if off track.

Requirements

Educational Qualification:
• Engineering degree in Mechanical /Electrical/ Civil or 4 Years Diploma Engineering ( Mechanical /Electrical/ Civil)
• Business degree in Sales / Marketing preferred

Additional Qualification/ Requirement:
• Master in Business Administration from an accredited institute is desirable.
• UAE Driving license is must.

Years of Experience:
• Overall 3-5 years of varied experience in the Sales / Business Development of civil / Mechanical projects.
• Minimum of 5 years of management experience in a facilities management /projects (Total Facilities Management)

Job Specific Skills:
• In Depth knowledge of TFM services and projects including AC, MEP, Electrical and Civil work.
• Knowledge of HSEQ policies and practices, including experience of safe working practices, risk assessments, method statements.
• Excellent time management skills and able to work on strict deadlines.
• Excellent influencing, interpersonal and communication skills. Strong and professional presentation skills.
