Responsibilities & Duties
• Enhances staff accomplishments and competence by planning delivery of solutions; answering technical and procedural questions for less experienced team members; teaching improved processes; mentoring team members.
• Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
• Sells properties by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.

Academic & Trades Qualifications
• Sales Training or Certifications
• RERA Certification
• Degree in Business Administration, Management, Real Estate, or Similar Field
Working Experience & Skills
• 2 plus years in sales
• Preference would be given to candidates who have managed a team being at a senior sales position for the last 3-5 years handling Property Sales, Life Insurance Sales, Auto Sales or Time Share sales - B2C Sales
• Extensive Sales knowledge in Real Estate / Automotive / Time Share / FMCG / Insurance industry
• Good planning, organization and presentation capability.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a team of employees to achieve objectives.
• Strong understanding of Real Estate strategies. Knowledge of the industry, the business and market trends.
• Possess drive and motivation to continuously explore and identify new opportunities for business growth and development.
• Experience in Real Estate, customer communication, exposure to projects and planning are all considered as assets.
