Sales Executive

Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects
• Negotiate/close deals and respond to complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer success and satisfaction
• Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports
• Achieve growth, handle accounts and hit sales targets
• Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and forecasts to the management team
• Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth


• Open to ANY nationality, preferably Filipino, Indian and Pakistani nationals
• Male or Female, below 35 years old

• Bachelor’s Degree with a concentration in Marketing, Promotions, Advertising Sales, or Business Administration
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the same industry
• With good contacts and exposure to real estate, health and education industries
• Preferably from the same line of business such as Fixpert or Awal Technical services etc.
• Someone who can look into Social Media Marketing like Facebook
• UAE driving license is an advantage
• Ability to negotiate and understanding of marketing skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results
• Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment
• Excellent communication skills
