Job description / Role
The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
Responsibilities:
• Meet and exceeds sales targets
• Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
• Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
• Build rapport and establish long term relationship with customers
The selected candidate will report directly to the Vice President- IBU
Salary:
AED
8,000 to 12,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements
• Mandatory 5 years experience in transportation, freight forwarding and or courier company in UAE
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related courses
• Experience and working knowledge in CRM systems
• Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Valid UAE Driving License
