Job description / Role
- Build a relationship with customers, provide the finest service that a customer needs, get to know them, and understand their conditions and capacity in the market.
- Develop a daily, weekly, and seasonal communication mechanism, and establish bridges to deepen mutual understanding and integration.
- Search for new clients and promote sales by introducing products based on the customers' project requirements.
- Managing inquiries with suitable pricing and submitting formal quotations.
- Follow-up on customer quotations to close deals.
- Process orders with the internal operations/logistic team, send necessary order confirmation to the team and follows up with them as well as the customers regarding the status of the order.
- Reviewing & interpreting competition after an in-depth analysis of market information.
- Follow up on customer aftersales feedback and report to senior management.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of B2B sales experience.
- Excellent communication/interpersonal skills to interact successfully both internally and externally.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Committed to providing excellent customer service.
- Must hold a valid UAE driver’s license.
- Thorough understanding of sales and negotiation techniques.
- Lead by example through developing business in your own accounts.
- Must be a goal and target-oriented individual.
- Strong emphasis on appearance and professionalism of themselves.
