Employment: Full Time

Our client, a large holiday homes management company in Dubai, is looking for sales executives to join their international dynamic team.

Responsibilities:
• Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies
• Identifying product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
• Maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance
• Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person
• Attending workshops to learn more technical and professional skills for the job
• Managing the sales process through specific software programs
• Preparing reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information
• Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Requirements

Requirements:
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a sale’s relevant role
• 1+ year of experience as a sales executive in hospitality industry, real estate or similar industry in UAE market
• Proficiency in English
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
• Faster learning ability and passion for sales
• Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach
• UAE driving license
• The candidate should be available in UAE for the interview upon request
