Job description / Role
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Sales Executive to join our hotel's sales team. The Sales Executive will play a crucial role in generating revenue by acquiring new clients, managing accounts, and promoting the hotel's services.
Job description:
• Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and industry events.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and target markets.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
• Provide excellent customer service and act as the main point of contact for clients.
• Regularly communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.
• Highlight the unique features and value propositions of the hotel's services.
• Customize presentations to address the specific needs of each client.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable agreements.
• Close sales deals and achieve revenue targets.
• Ensure all contractual obligations are met and executed.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Provide feedback to the management team regarding market conditions and potential opportunities.
• Collaborate with other members of the sales team to share insights and strategies.
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Salary:
AED
5,000 to 6,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the hotel or hospitality industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Positive attitude and a customer-centric approach.
