Sales Executive (B2B - Sports Retail)

Job description / Role

An exciting opportunity has come available for a start-up company based in Sharjah in the Retail Sports industry. If you are a sales executive in the Sports industry, this role will be an exciting opportunity for you!

• Identify and pursue opportunities for market expansion within the Padel sports industry.
• Explore new geographical areas and potential partnerships to increase business reach with retailers; clubs and E- retailers
• Event participation
• Attend relevant sports events, conferences, and trade shows to network with potential clients, showcase products or services, and stay connected with industry developments.
• Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams:
• Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer support teams to ensure seamless execution of business strategies.
• Provide valuable insights to enhance product development and marketing campaigns.
• Stay Informed about Industry Trends:
• Stay updated on the latest trends, innovations, and developments in the Padel sports industry.
• Use insights to position the company as a leader in the market.

Reporting and Analysis:
• Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to management on key performance indicators, revenue targets, and areas for improvement.

Salary:
AED 4,000 to 5,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in the UAE, preferably in the Sports retail industry
• Able to work in Sharjah
• Working hours: 9am to 6pm, 6 days a week
• Strong experience in Sales
• Strong communication skills, hungry to drive and contribute to the revenue of the company through sales.
