Sales Executive - Banking and Insurance

- Facilitating/participating in meetings with key client stakeholders to develop an understanding of their business and assessing the actual situation
- Overcoming clients questions & objectives during meetings, mails or calls
- Closing new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations
- Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice stakeholders
- Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs
- Work with operations team and other internal colleagues to meet client needs
- Achieving customer satisfaction and customer loyalty
- Raising the company’s customer base and market segment
- Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships
- Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities by growing, maintaining and leveraging network
- Cold calling within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities
- Qualify new client opportunities with initial dialogue to confirm a business requirement & research new leads and develop opportunities.

Salary:
AED 5,000 to 6,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

- Educational Background: MBA (Finance, Marketing, International Business etc). Excluding HR with graduation in B.Com, BBA excluding B.Tech, BA, Bsc.
- Candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in sales in the banking or insurance industry.
- Candidate must be able to join on an immediately.
