Sales Executive - Government

Through your passion and motivation, you sell memorable experience to guests who stay in your property.

You are professional and knowledgeable about your property, and you build strong relationships and create bond with your guests.

What you will be doing:

- Develops close cooperation with accounts to drive business and increase market-share of Government accounts

- Organizes site visits, sales calls and other sales related activities;

- Maintain good knowledge about the local and global accounts (existing and new accounts)

- To develop in conjunction with the Director of Sales structures, timely, achievable personal business plan.

- To achieve targets in terms of number of new active Accounts, Room Nights, Banquet Covers and Revenue as set by the Director of Sales.

- Interacts and liaise closely with Front Office, Reservations, Food & Beverage, and Banquet & Conference Departments.

Requirements

Your experience and skills include:

- Minimum 3 years UAE work experience as Sales Executive - Government

- Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.

- Possesses strong negotiating skills and creative selling abilities to close on business and finalize contracts
