Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with an established food safety training provider in Dubai. Due to growth within the business, they are looking to hire a Sales Manager focused on HORECA.
Your main responsibilities will be to further develop the portfolio of HORECA clients specifically within Restaurants Groups, Catering, Café’s and Food Service. You will work closely with the Country Manager manage and develop the existing portfolio of clients, increasing there take up of services and programs.
This role is fully focused on sales and business development, with a highly rewarding strong commission structure in place. You will be pitching a portfolio of different food safety trainings and liaise with various client contacts accordingly, such as procurement, hygiene and safety, quality, operations, HR, Executive Chefs and even owners.
Requirements
The successful candidate must have a current network in HORECA in the UAE, especially within Restaurant Groups, Catering, Café’s and Food Service, having successfully sold to this network. Preference will be given to candidates having sold services or training within HORECA but other products would be considered for the right network and contacts.
This role requires a self-motivated, proactive, vibrant and positive sales professional and would ideally suit an experienced Sales Executive ready to take the next step to Sales Manager, a minimum of 3 years HORECA sales experience is required.
