Job description / Role
• Required to join an established company in Abu Dhabi.
• They manufacturer quality wooden doors, cabinets, cladding, joinery works and furniture.
• Responsibilities include driving the sales process from inquiry/RFP coordination; ensuring proper methodology for submittals, quotations.
• Coordinate with procurement, production and projects department
• Regular follow-up with the customers for collection of payment certificate and the payments.
• Keeping abreast of industry developments
• Achieve and exceed monthly and yearly targets`
Requirements
• Degree qualified with proven experience as executive secretary or similar administrative role.
• Knowledge of research and reporting techniques
• A proven track record in office administration and fundamental accounting processes
• Experience of working in the construction industry desirable
• Ability to work flexibly and independently
