Job description / Role
JOB PURPOSE:
The Sales Executive is responsible for building relations with customers for new projects with better negotiations and concluding them with better margins.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Maintains existing and adds new customers to secure the required sales volume and maximize profits
• Reviews customer enquiries and specifications for pricing strategies
• Negotiates and finalizes new projects
• Coordinates with credit analyst for customer payments and ensure on-time collection
• Coordinates with Central Dispatch Team for on-time delivery of supplies
• Coordinates with Customer Experience Office for the resolution of all complaints
• Implements the digital way of doing business with the CEMEX Go Platform
Requirements
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education/Professional Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, preferably in Chemical or Civil Engineering; Sales & Marketing will be an added factor
• 2-3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing - Preferably Ready-Mix industry in Abu Dhabi
Job Specific Competencies:
• Knowledgeable of Concrete products
• Knowledgeable of admixtures, aggregates and cementitious materials
• Knowledge in SAP Applications
• Expertise in MS Windows and MS Office
• Customer service mindset

• Customer centric
• Detail-oriented, well organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem solving
• Team player with high level of dedication
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Strong personality with the ability to develop & maintain relationships both for internal & external customers / ensure customer satisfaction
