Sales Executive - Real Estate

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing deals in the competitive real estate market of Dubai. If you have a passion for sales, a strong understanding of the real estate industry, and excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation activities.
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales cycle.
- Understand and stay updated on the real estate market trends, property prices, and legal requirements in Dubai.
- Showcase properties to potential buyers and tenants, highlighting the unique selling points and negotiating the terms of sale or lease.
- Close deals and ensure all necessary paperwork and financial transactions are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the marketing and listings team to promote properties and generate interest from potential buyers and tenants.
- Attend and participate in real estate exhibitions, events, and networking opportunities to expand the client base and promote the company's services.
- Provide exceptional customer service and after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.

Salary:
AED 8,000 to 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence others.
- In-depth knowledge of the real estate market in Dubai, including property prices, legal requirements, and market trends.
- Strong networking abilities and the drive to build and maintain client relationships.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track sales activities.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
