A new employment services company in Dubai is looking for a Sales Executive.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
Identify, develop and maintain a strong pipeline of new customers and business opportunities.
Initiate an action plan to approach and secure new business for the company.
Gather market and customer information so as to better understand their requirements and how you can improve sales performance
Prepare sales action plans and strategies
Maintain sales activity records and prepare weekly sales reports
Deliver the highest levels of customer service, thereby creating customer loyalty and repeat sales
Achieve and exceed the allocated sales targets and KPI’s
Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English, other languages an advantage
A minimum of 3 years sales experience, within the region
Minimum of secondary education certificate – preferably degree educated
Ability to manage various clients on a day to day basis
Proven success in negotiating and closing deals
Experience in recruitment an advantage but not essential
Good time management skills
Ability to work on your own and as part a team
Proactive, hardworking and self-motivated
Must have driving license and own car
Experience in making presentations to all levels of senior management
