Job description / Role
- To contact the owners of building who are not the resident of UAE and have given their property to be managed by some other party.
- Can also contact the UAE resident owners.
- To execute property & service sales.
- Actively prospects and acquires new accounts.
- Demonstrates knowledge of market and competition and aligns work with strategic goals.
- Develop and increase business by following up on potential leads with face to face presentation and meetings with clients and providing them the utmost customer service.
Requirements
- At least 3 years on the same level of experience preferably in real estate industry in UAE market
Skills:
- Negotiating skills and reasoning ability
- Demonstration and Presentation skills
- Outstanding English communication, both verbal & written (additional language is an advantage)
- Strong motivation skills and Performance-driven
- Problem Solving & Decision Making skill
- Strong client management skills
Competencies:
- Own a Car & possess a UAE Driving License
- Excellent understanding of the Real Estate local/global market and process in the lifecycle of a real estate transaction
- Passionate and knowledgeable about Property and service Sales
- Energetic, self-motivated, and able to work independently under pressure.

About the Company
TAMEEM was found in mid of 1976 by its Chairman Humaid Abdulla Al Mazroua as Shipchandlers & General Suppliers. In 1984 the company expanded its activities.

The Companies were spread in Sharjah, Ajman, Dhaid and Fujairah. To co-ordinate the activities and to have effective control and shifting all operating divisions under one roof. As a result development of TAMEEM Centre and completed in 2003 with Ground floor, Mezz. floor and 72 Studio Flats in Three Floors and 7500 Mt Storage facilities includes Dry/Cold, at Sharjah, Industrial Area 11, Emirates Road as well as Group Head Office.
