We are recruiting on behalf of a client, a leading technology solutions provider with a global presence. Our client specializes in Oracle solutions and has been at the forefront of innovation in the industry for over 27 years. With a focus on Oracle Fusion and a strong partnership with Oracle, our client delivers cutting-edge solutions to clients across various industries, spanning the Middle East, US, and Canada.

We are seeking a dynamic Sales professional to join our client's team in Dubai, UAE. You will play a pivotal role in driving sales and revenue growth within the region, with a focus on Oracle solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Expansion:
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities in the UAE as the primary market, and Qatar and Oman as secondary markets.
• Research the current Oracle Installed to identify potential clients and competitive landscapes.
• Develop and implement strategies to expand Clover Infotech's footprint in the region.

Lead Generation and Relationship Building:
• Generate and qualify leads through proactive outreach and networking, email campaigns, and prospect calls
• Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives.

Sales Lifecycle Management:
• Manage the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
• Collaborate with internal teams, especially with Solution E-engineers, and the marketing team.

Market Intelligence:
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.

AED 12,000 to 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Plus commission


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Dynamic and proactive individual with a passion for learning and business development.
• Knowledge of the IT services industry OR interest is a plus
