Role Summary:

Offers the opportunity as an experienced Sales Lead - Integrated Well Services (IWS) to join the team in Dubai, UAE.

Essential Responsibilities:

- Accountable for the development of sales strategies for IWS market growth in the Region assigned
- Responsible for customer relations management and leading early engagement to assess customer needs, demonstrate IWS experience and capabilities to enable a performance solution outcome
- Responsible for Identifying and developing the opportunity funnel
- Provides accurate data quality for Total Available Market (TAM) for all countries and markets in the Region
- Builds and maintains a comprehensive competitive landscape, including market intelligence of price and execution in the Region
- Supports the performance and evaluation of opportunity pre-screening with risk/reward analysis, project qualification and prioritization with Region and IWS team
- Maintains strong communication and collaboration with IWS Regional & Commercial Leaders
- Supports the IWS Project Managers during the various stages of the commercial cycle as required, especially in regards to high level engagement with customers
- Ensures alignment with Oilfield Services Regional objectives and strategies
- Promotes integrated business opportunities across product companies for the greater benefit of BHGE
- Participates in After Action Reviews during opportunity pursuit and participate in PEER reviews, Lessons Learned sessions to ensure the continuous improvement cycle is complete
- Utilizes proficient networking and touchpoints in a matrix organization in order to ensure sufficient and effective use of supporting resources for the IWS opportunity growth from the wider organization
- Displays and encourages company ethics, initiatives across both the opportunities worked on and the wider organization

Requirements

Qualifications/Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 10+ years of relevant oil & gas operator and/or service company experience
- 5+ years' experience in integrated multi service delivery and turnkey solutions in land and offshore environment
- 5+ years' experience in sales and commercial roles, account management positions or similar
- 30% Travel
- Must be action-oriented and customer-focused with a desired drive for results
- Proven ability to build relationships through excellent communication skills
- Capability to influence at all levels, executive communication and presentation skills external and internal
- Good knowledge of Well Engineering, Well Construction, Rigs, equipment packages and commercial solutions
- Strong understanding of Upstream business environment
- Excellent leadership, strong interpersonal and influencing skills

- Team player who possesses excellent people manager skills
