Employment: Full Time

Incorporating DCS, SIS and SCADA, Ovation is a reliable and innovative control platform embodying Emerson's five decades of power and water expertise.

Based in our Dubai campus but covering the Middle East & Africa region, the Ovation Sales Leader for Lifecycle Services will work with our existing installed base to develop and grow Emerson's presence in the Power and Water market. With huge potential for growth and industry leading technology, this is a great opportunity for an experienced Sales Leader to experience quick and sustained success.

Your responsibilities will include:
* Become a technical and value proposition expert on all of the Power & Water Solutions (PWS) Lifecycle Service offerings
* Direct responsible for PSW Service Sales for certain countries
* Assist Sales Managers in promoting, designing and proposing PWS offering offerings
* Develop the market & new tools to assist Sales Managers in managing the PWS Lifecycle Services business and delivering incremental sales
* Maintain and enhance existing tools to ensure they can be utilized as efficiently as possible and generate increasing value to the sales team
* Develop and deliver marketing campaigns to increase customers' awareness of Emerson's Lifecycle Services offerings
* Adhere to local and international Emerson trade compliance and ethics procedures in connection with all transactions and business practices
* Train sales force on PWS Lifecycle Services offerings
* Maintain service sales forecasts and be able to regularly and formally report on service potential
* Work with proposals team to improve proposal generation efficiency
* Travel requirement up to 75% across the Middle East & Africa region
* Recognize and accept HSE Roles & Responsibilities as defined in Emerson's Company Policy and Procedures

Requirements

To be considered for this role you will demonstrate a strong background in technical sales underpinned by the execution of projects, preferably in Ovation.

You will be willing and freely able to travel up to 75% of your time across the Middle East & Africa region, in some instances to challenging countries and locations.

You will have excellent written and verbal skills in English, and preferably Arabic and French as well.

You will be a degree qualified Engineer and at least 5 years experience in the Automation/Control industry.

Above all else you will be passionate, tenacious, creative and hungry to grow and develop sales.
