You will receive on-time commission up to 75%, 1 month annual leave salary (Calculated as an average of your annual earnings), premium medical & life insurance, company visa sponsorship and company car scheme. We are also the only real estate company in the region offering end of service benefits / gratuity.

Requirements

What we are looking for:

• Strong sales skills with a desire and motivation to overachieve and build a successful and financially rewarding career.
• Elite interpersonal and communication skills, a strong command of English both spoken and written in essential, and fluency in another language is an advantage.
• Smart professional appearance at all times, both in the office and outside. You will be representing the Better Homes brand and reputation at all times.

Requirements for the role:

• Valid UAE driving license
• RERA certified
