Our client is a boutique real estate company based in Business Bay who cover sales, leasing and property management. A new requirement has arisen within their small team for a Head of Sales and Leasing, reporting to the owner.
Requirements
• At least 15 years experience within Sales & Leasing;
• Applicants must have worked in the UAE for over 5 years and up to date with all regulations;
• Previous experience in managing and building a sales & leasing team;
• Strong business development skills;
• Fluent in English
