Sales / Leasing Professionals – Abu Dhabi
PH Real Estate – Abu Dhabi
OTE £100,000+ uncapped, plus benefits
PH Real Estate provide unmatched property services throughout the UAE. Established in 2007, we have teams specializing in sales, leasing, property management and conveyancing. British owned and operated, all of the management team are ex-UK estate agents who collectively possess 65yrs real estate experience. We’re now seeking experienced sales staff to continue the company’s growth.
The Role:
- Prospect for property listings
- Manage portfolio of listings, ensuring competitive pricing
- Register buyer/tenant interest
- Manage portfolio of buyers/tenants, identifying motivation and requirements
- Source, compile and recommend shortlist of properties to suit requirement and budget
- Conduct viewings, secure offer and negotiate terms of sale/lease
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters
Company will provide the following:

Requirements
What we are looking for:
- Solid sales skills
- Valid UK Driving license
- Smart appearance
- Warm and confident attitude
- Strong negotiation skills
- Team players.

- Money motivated
