Our client, a multinational in the consumer electronics industry, has an exciting opportunity to join their team in Dubai. We are looking for a Sales Manager for their Dubai Office to help promote and train teams and client in their products

The Sales Manager Lifestyle Entertainment (LE) is responsible for implementing the LE marketing strategy and portfolio strategy, defining the channel strategy, and developing distributors in line with the Annual Operating Plan for part of the Middle East and Africa region.

Key Areas of Responsibility
- Follow and respond adequately to market trends and competitor movement.
- Define, report and achieve sales and margin targets.
- Develop regional and local Go-to-market strategies (branding, industrial setup, etc.).
- Align with local and regional organizations.
- Distributor development and management:
- Supply planning (SIOP), inventory management and portfolio management
- Deploy product information and training
- Competitive benchmarking
- Pricing strategy (within the constraints of the regional pricing policy)
- Local activation of central marketing strategies and campaigns (POS, merchandizing, promoters, online, PR, etc.)

Requirements

- Min. 2 years of Sales / KAM experience in B2C
- University, MBA, MSC level with Business/ Strategic Marketing direction
- Solid experience with Product Market introductions
- Passion for Consumer Electronics
- Entrepreneur with ability to work independently and think out of the box
- Excellent relationship builder
- Very good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
