Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Storytelling, brand, and content - Push the ID Network brand in Gulf region, create compelling stories for our users, and help drive more clients into the funnel. Be the voice and brand of ID Network.
- Assemble the sales team, develop sales strategy and pitching techniques.
- User focus - Know our clients inside and out. Deeply understand their habits and preferences. Have a pulse on Dubai-specific trends. Use these insights to grow demand for ID Network.
- Analysis - Quantify everything you do. Utilize data-driven decision making to improve the performance of our marketing and promotion efforts.
- Strong networking skills.
- Initiate creative local marketing strategies and user growth campaigns.
- Build the business from ground up.

Requirements

For this role you need to be tenacious, sophisticated and well-connected in the IT industry, and have the following skill set:

- 3 - 5 years work experience;
- Recent experience leading a sales team;
- Strong knowledge of the IT industry;
- History of exceeding revenue targets;
- Exhibit the ability to self-motivate;
- Experience in a high-growth business environment or startup is a plus;
- You must have worked in the G.C.C. for at least one year;
- Organize a team of sales associates in a very structured and methodical manner;
- Motivate the team to meet aggressive sales targets;
- Attend conferences;
