Sales Manager - Middle East
Salary: Up to AED45,000 OTE depending on experience

Our client is the leading SaaS provider for alerting and crisis management for sensitive and critical communications in Europe.

Founded in 2000, they are headquartered in Europe, and support companies and organisations in more than 70 countries around the globe via its subsidiaries and branches.

Around 1,500 customers around the world rely on their solutions to manage communication requirements as part of the daily communication of critical and confidential information or in the event of a crisis.

As a result of their impressive success in this part of the world our client has tasked us with finding a Sales Manager for the whole GCC region, based in Dubai.

Reporting into the UK Managing Director, the role encompasses true 360 degree responsibilities:
• Business development to maximise opportunities in existing clients
• Business development into new clients and geographies
• Assistance with implementation
• First line support
• Account management
• CRM maintenance

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience in IT solution sales, especially in the SaaS sector
• Minimum of 5 years experience in B2B and IT services sales throughout the GCC
• Strong portfolio of clients and contacts in all GCC countries
• Minimum of 5 years proven key account management success in the IT sector
• Knowledge of IT security and/or BCM
• Proficiency with Salesforce or a similar CRM system
• Fluency in both Arabic and English
