Sales Manager

Job description / Role

Engage Selection are working with a leading HVAC distribution company in the UAE that are looking to recruit a Sales Manager.

The successful candidate will manage sales of the company’s products and services within a defined geographic area, country or a cluster of countries (the territory). Develops distribution network to ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning. Identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings.

Prime Responsibilities;
• Brand building, marketing , market intelligence & Competition benchmarking
• Marketing including seminars, conferences, Above the Line and Below the Line advertising campaigns
• Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for region; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
• Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors
• Preparation of technical presentations and proposals related to Projects
• Working with the technical teams to develop solutions and products
• Lead the negotiations and contract terms
• Meet yearly sales targets
• Any other tasks that may be requested by your line manager from time to time

Requirements

To be considered for the role you MUST have 10 years’ experience preferably in business & channel development, account management & project sales, HVAC product design & Engineering sales.
