Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Achieve sales targets in materials sold, revenue and profitability
• Accurately forecasts monthly, quarterly and annual revenue streams
• Develop new strategies, tactics and plans for future growth of the Business Unit
• Build better and maintain customer relationship
• Exploring new business opportunities with existing and prospective customers
• Performs sales activities on major accounts and negotiates sales price and discounts in consultation with engineering and estimation departments
• Coordinate daily reports (sales, client, staff meeting, collections and project status) to BU General Manager
• Formulate sales policies, practices and procedures
• Collaborate with General Manager of the Business Unit and Executive General Manager in developing sales strategies to improve market share in the business unit’s product lines
• Continuously motivate and inspire the sales team to focus on company’s goals
• Establish performance goal for each employee and monitor if the employee is able to meet up the expectations or not
• Represent the company’s business policies in various conferences and trade fairs locally and internationally to attract potential clients
• Arrange agreements with contractors, subcontracts and dealers
• Payment collection for all contracts in the business unit
• Monitor the schedule of delivery for the projects and its installation

Requirements

• This position exists for an Albaddad business unit: (i) to meet regional short and long range sales targets; (ii) establish sales objectives; (iii) maintain and expand customer base by supporting key customers and advancing new customer opportunities, (iv) update market and product intelligence; (v) recommend new product and service opportunities; (vi) and manage the Sales Team.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, and an MBA in Marketing is a plus
• At least six (6) Years of experience in the management of sales team within prefabricated constructions solutions/aluminum and glass products/designing mobile aluminum halls
• Experience in sales of prefabricated constructions solutions/aluminum and glass products/tent
• Knowledge of budgeting, cost estimating and contracts
• Must have knowledge of engineering drawings, specifications and materials
• With UAE Driving License
• Demonstrates skills in client relationships
• Skilled in MS Word, Excel and Project
• Results-oriented
• Arabic speaking is desired
• Must be flexible, analytical and demonstrates leadership
• Excellent English communication skills in both written and verbal
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to engage and influence others regardless of role/level
