Employment: Full Time

Job Summary

• Work with the channel partners to monitor & grow business in assigned territory
• Support and manage distributor(s) by providing them the necessary support
• Regular meetings and promotion of analytical scientific instruments, life science research & diagnostics tools/systems & material testing equipment to target customer
• Effective management and monitoring of sales forces & forecasts.
• Identification of Key Opinion Leaders from all market segments.
• Responsible for growing profitable sales in region using cost efficient methods
• Lead Business development initiatives in the Region, with aim of improving Market Share in major/key accounts.

Principal Responsibilities

• Management of sales to achieve revenue from the assigned territory
• Develop business relationship in target Key Account & increase the Share of Wallet
• Co-working with sales & marketing team of distributors for market penetration
• Collect, collate and provide market intelligence
• Track and monitor the usage pattern of the customers
• Synergize with the Marketing/product management team to cater all technical queries of the customers
• Evaluate, coach, and develop channel partners covering the territories and deliver strong sales growth
• Drive visibility and accountability through improved sales pipeline, forecast management and leverage sales tools for pipeline updates & tracking

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master’s degree in Science preferably in Chemistry.
• At least 5-10 years experience in sales of scientific solutions/equipment to any or all of the following markets Pharmaceutical industry, BioPharma, Research labs, Academic centers, universities, Food & Drug labs, Petroleum institutes, Refinery, Health care, Municipalities, Petrochemical industry, Commercial labs, Environmental labs, Life Science Research & Diagnostic labs (Govt & Academics), etc…
• Experience in Analytical research & diagnostics market is preferable
• Experience & knowledge in the UAE & Omani Markets (Industrial & Clinical & universities, Government, MOH, petroleum, commercial, Pharmaceutical, etc…) is preferable.
• Experience of Key Account Management, Govt. Tender Business & Channel Management is preferable.
• Fluent in English.
• Sufficient Experience in the selling of the diversified scientific equipment within the diversified fields/ market segments.
